How do I place an order?

Selected items will be placed in your cart for checkout. You can access the cart in the top right corner of the website. We accept major credit cards, debit cards are not accepted online.

How long does my order take to ship?

We offer standard 4-6 days and express 2-3 days delivery options within Canada. US and International shipments may take 7-14 days. All packages provided within tracking.

Where do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping across most countries. Please note that for US and International shipments, additional duties and taxes may be applicable. Please check with your country for customs acceptance. We cannot provide this information, as each country varies and has different import limitations.

Do you have a pickup location?

Unfortunately we do not have a pickup option. Please give yourself enough time for fulfillment and shipment. If urgent please email us for additional shipping or delivery options.

Do you provide a warranty?

We offer a one year warranty on all products based on manufacturer defect. We do not cover any repairs, breakage, misuse or neglect to the item. Customer are responsible for emailing us if any issue arises immediately with photos of the problem. Our team will review and provide the next steps.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy on all items unworn, free from defect, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Please email us for the information on processing. The cost of shipping the return package is not covered, and must be paid by the customer.

Do you offer custom orders?

We work with jewellers that provide custom options. If you have a request please email us for more information. Custom requests do we require additional time to process and quote.
